RPT started from research around ternary and efficient inference, borrowed useful early direction from BitNet-era work, then diverged into its own conversion path, packed artifacts and runtime experiments.
The intent here is not to pretend the current stack is universal. The validated target is clear: Linux, NVIDIA and Colab-class environments where the runtime path has already been exercised.
The public-facing step is to expose the working trail cleanly: scripts, notebooks, results, runtime loaders, known issues, model notices and reproducibility notes.
