RPT started from research around ternary and efficient inference, borrowed useful early direction from BitNet-era work, then diverged into its own conversion path, packed artifacts and runtime.
The intent here is not to pretend the current stack is universal. The current production target is clear: Linux, NVIDIA and Colab-class environments where the runtime has already been exercised.
The next public-facing step is not more notebook complexity. It is a cleaner install and hosting story around the bundle you already produced.
